Todd Hutchcroft founded Ponderosa Heating in August of 2004 with a vision to provide homeowners in the mountains and the West Denver Metro area with reliable, quality HVAC service. Todd strives to provide expert HVAC service with integrity, at an affordable price. It's a philosophy which has earned Ponderosa an "A" rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Ponderosa's goal is to provide each customer with an accurate assessment of his current Heating or Air-Conditioning system. When a problem is found, Ponderosa will offer a number of different potential solutions. We never attempt to pressure our customers into making expensive repairs. From a simple furnace or air-conditioning installation to gas fireplace service and repair, at Ponderosa, we'll get your home feeling cozy and comfortable.

Ponderosa is fully licensed and insured, including a $1,000,000 liability, Workmans Compensation and a $1,000,000 vehicle liability policy.

Ponderosa stands behind its work with a 5 year parts/labor warranty on New Equipment (furnaces, A/C, humidifiers etc) in most cases. Replacement parts carry a one year part/labor warranty.
