He came to clean out the furnace and ended up doing a ton more, fixed the furnace that wasn't working, cleaned it, had to take it apart to get to a fallen filter AND installed a thermostat - which on top of everything had bad wiring that he fixed - all while wearing a mask when we spoke because of covid-19. "Our family would like to thank Todd for his prompt and professional service. Our furnace was not operating properly (of course, on a very cold weekend). He showed up ASAP. During the diagnostics, Todd explained all the checkpoints. And BEFORE he put the meters/gauges to the unit, he called out all the proper levels and then showed me the readings. Turns out all was fine other than a dirty sensor which he then cleaned up. It’s nice to know he was a honest service man who educated me on basic homeowner maintenance… as opposed to trying to sell me on unneeded repairs. Todd will obviously get our future business!!
